Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted within ten (10) calendar days from the date of payment.

Service Commencement

Once counseling, admission processing, university application submission, document verification, or any related service has commenced, the service fee becomes non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Admission process has started.
• University applications have been submitted.
• Documents have been reviewed or verified.
• Admission assistance services have been delivered.
• Student withdraws voluntarily after service initiation.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days after approval of the refund request.

Refund Method

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction.
